I have just received my HybridGenerator – what to do?
Your unit is most properly in transport mode.
- Please download the Quick Guide and follow the instructions.
- We need to release the unit from the transport mode.
- Call us, inform the HG Number and we will release it.
- Then release the emergency exit.
- Pust the reset button.
- You are good to go.
My unit is not working
Call support immediately.
Can I see the tank level?

Can I see the load on the phases?
As a new service we add QR codes on the units in the contact board. If you haven’t got it please contact support and we will help you.
