Your unit is most properly in transport mode.

  1. Please download the Quick Guide and follow the instructions.
  2. We need to release the unit from the transport mode.
  3. Call us, inform the HG Number and we will release it.
  4. Then release the emergency exit.
  5. Pust the reset button.
  6. You are good to go.
